The judicious blend of Merlot from southern Napa and cool Carneros, with Merlot from our warmer Rutherford and St Helena vineyards gives this wine a strong dark cherry flavor, soft tannins, and a subtle truffle-mineral flavor that adds to its allure. Without excess tannins, the sweet Merlot flavor shines brightly.
